Hamas signalled openness to a ceasefire agreement with Israel, however, it didn't accept a proposal by US President Donald Trump. The group reiterated its demand that any deal must bring a complete end to the war in Gaza. Earlier, Trump said that Israel has agreed to a 60-day ceasefire and urged Hamas to accept the terms before the situation worsens.
