Russian President Vladimir Putin said he's ready to meet his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy for a "final phase" of negotiations aimed at ending the three-year-long war. Russia wants to end the war in Ukraine "as soon as possible", preferably through peaceful means, and is ready to continue negotiations if Kyiv and its Western allies are willing to engage, Putin added.
