Regular sleep may improve recovery from heart failure: Study

Improving the regularity of sleep may significantly reduce the risk of adverse health events in people recovering from heart failure, a new study found. Among 32 patients studied, irregular sleepers had more than double the risk of an event over six months. "Going to bed and waking up at consistent times is important for overall health," the lead author said.
