The relatives of criminal Chandan Mishra created ruckus in Bihar's Paras hospital where he was allegedly killed by members of a rival gang on Thursday. They were seen shouting and raising slogans. Chandan, against whom dozens of murder cases were registered, was out of jail on parole on medical grounds. The incident took place under the Shastri Nagar police station.
