Relentless rains have caused massive floods in Telangana, affecting districts like Adilabad, Medak, and Kamareddy. Rivers, streams, lakes, and ponds have overflowed and the Telangana government is trying to reach out to the victims. The SDRF is continuing extensive flood rescue operations across the state.
