Reliance Jio has discontinued its cheapest plans offering 1GB/day with calling and other benefits prepaid plans for its users, as per multiple reports. The base tariff for the telecom operator has now risen to ₹299, which offers 1.5GB/day. A company executive told NDTV Profit that the ₹209 and ₹249 plans will now only be available at physical retail stores.
