Relief camps in low-lying areas of Delhi, including those near Mayur Vihar Phase I, were flooded on Thursday as Yamuna River continued to flow above danger mark amid incessant rainfall. The water even reached the Outer Ring Road, disrupting traffic between Majnu ka Tilla and Salimgarh bypass. Yamuna crossed the 207.43m mark last night, its third-highest level in 63 years.
