The remains of British meteorologist Dennis 'Tink' Bell, who died in 1959 after falling into a crevasse in Antarctica, have been recovered from a melting glacier after 66 years. Bell, who was 25 at the time, was working for Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey, the predecessor of British Antarctic Survey, when the accident occurred. He had gone to Antarctica in 1958.
