During a media interaction after announcement of 71st National Film Awards, Jury Chairperson Ashutosh Gowariker was mistaken for filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. A reporter told Gowariker, "We remember your film 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' till date." The filmmaker corrected her and said, "That's Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film." After receiving an apology, he smiled and said, "That's okay."
