Maharashtra Health Minister Prakash Abitkar refuted reports that said over 14,000 women showed cancer-like symptoms in Hingoli. "We conducted a health checkup of 3 lakh people in Hingoli. Out of all of them, 19 people showed symptoms of cancer," he said. Media reports saying that a lot of people have been diagnosed with cancer are not right, he added.
