A man who lost his wife in the stampede during the Jagannath Rath Yatra procession on Sunday, said fire officials, rescue team and hospital team did not respond when the incident happened. "This is a pathetic incident that cannot be expressed," he stated. As many as three people died and over 50 were injured in the stampede.
