Researchers at USC Viterbi School of Engineering developed a revolutionary AI model, Allegro-FM, that can simulate the behaviour of billions of atoms simultaneously. It has made a theoretical discovery that it is possible to recapture CO2 emitted in the process of making concrete and place it back. The model has computational capabilities roughly 1,000 times larger than conventional approaches.
