A study, published in the British Journal of Nutrition, has revealed that drinking 7-8 glasses of beverages, like coffee, tea and water, per day increases a person's chances of living a longer life. Moreover, if intake is more than 4 drinks daily, substituting water with coffee and tea in a 2:3 ratio reduces mortality risk the most, the researchers found.
