Shah Nawaz Khan, a retired civil engineer from Bihar, is driving positive change in his village. After retiring in 2023 following a 41-year career in Bihar and Jharkhand, he turned to agriculture, cultivating lemons and various crops on his 10-acre farm. He hopes to inspire the younger generation to embrace farming.
