Ex-IAS officer and former UP Chief Secretary Dr Shambhunath collapsed on stage and died of cardiac arrest on Saturday while speaking at an event in UP's Lucknow. He was talking about time and death when his tongue faltered, and he fell on the table in front of him. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
