Kolkata's RG Kar rape-murder victim's family has moved an application seeking permission to visit crime scene and hospital premises, excluding the seminar room. The plea aims to provide them with a clearer understanding of the incident. While Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) indicated no objection, West Bengal government, alongside several defense counsels have vehemently opposed the request.
