TMC spokesperson Kunal Ghosh on Tuesday sent a legal notice to RG Kar rape victim's father for alleging that he bribed the CBI to settle the August 2024 rape and murder case on behalf of the state government. Ghosh said he has asked the father to apologise within four days of receiving the letter, failing which he'll file a case.
