Ravi Shastri criticised the Asia Cup organisers after India were made to "wait 45 minutes" for the presentation ceremony after winning the final against Pakistan. Calling it "ridiculous", he said, "The game is worthy of a final, then you hang around for 45 minutes." India refused to accept trophy from ACC head Mohsin Naqvi, who's also the chairman of PCB.
