India middle-order batter Rinku Singh made his best first-class score on Wednesday. Coming in at 149-3 for Uttar Pradesh against Tamil Nadu, he scored 176 to take his side within 12 runs of the first innings score. UP eventually secured a five-run first-innings lead. This is the second time in a row that Rinku has made a career-best score.
