A few weeks back, Riot Games decided to remove the Hextech Chests, one of the most popular ways of acquiring free skins in League of Legends. However, the decision saw a huge community backlash which forced the company to walk back on the changes and re-introduce the chests along with few other improvements like lowering the cost to unlock characters.
