RIR Power Electronics has fixed July 11, 2025, as the record date for its 1:1 bonus share issue. The company also expanded production of 1200V SiC diodes via a partnership with Taiwan’s PASC, using Sicamore Semi's technology. New SiC products are validated and have secured orders from Richardson Electronics (USA) and Ankit Plastics (India), targeting Southeast Asia.
