RIR Power Electronics expanded its 1200V Silicon Carbide (SiC) Diode production via a partnership with Pro Asia Semiconductor (PASC) in Taiwan. Leveraging acquired IP, RIR now offers 2-60 amp SiC Schottky Barrier Diodes for global markets, including Southeast Asia. This collaboration facilitates entry into high-growth SiC markets and strengthens RIR's position in advanced power solutions.
