Former England captain Michael Atherton said Rishabh Pant's injury looked quite serious as he got carted off. "If he is out of the game [and] series, then that's a massive blow to India and puts the day in a different light," he added. Atherton stated that Pant could change the game if he returns to bat in the fourth Test.
