Chandrabhaga river passes through several densely populated areas, including Dhalwala, Muni Ki Reti, and Chandreshwar Nagar in Rishikesh. Meanwhile, communication was disrupted and railway connectivity lost due to heavy rainfall in rural parts of Rishikesh.
