Amid Mahagathbandhan's protests against Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists in Bihar, PM Narendra Modi accused RJD and Congress of "saving infiltrators". "They spread all sorts of lies to save these infiltrators, and take out political tours to mislead the people," PM added. He claimed that RJD delivered "zero (nil bate sannata)" development during its 15-year rule in Bihar.
