RJD's Sunil Singh warned officials involved in Bihar vote counting that if candidates chosen by public are defeated unfairly, scenes similar to those witnessed on streets of Nepal and Sri Lanka would erupt in Bihar. Following his remarks, FIR was filed against him for making inflammatory statements, Bihar DGP Vinay Kumar said. Poll results will be announced on November 14.
