A poster was seen outside the RJD office in Patna, raising questions about Bihar's law and order situation. It featured two screengrabs- one from Patna hospital shootout where a man who was out on parole was shot dead, and another from a "mutton party" hosted by Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh. Five gunmen killed the man inside the hospital.
