Former India cricketer Mohammad Kaif said ex-Mumbai Indians (MI) captain Rohit Sharma hasn't scored 700–800 runs in an IPL season. "In the IPL, he gets points for captaincy and experience, but when you compare him with Virat Kohli...he doesn't score 600-700 runs," he stated. Kaif added that Rohit's biggest test in IPL 2026 will be to cross the 500-run mark.
