An elderly resident of Rohtak threatened to hang himself from a tree if Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) authorities proceeded to cut trees at a site in Sector 6 of Rohtak city. The man, identified as Rajbir Rathi, reportedly climbed a tree while carrying a rope as an HSVP team reached the site this morning.
