RRP Defense Limited, formerly Euro Asia Exports Limited, announced the adjournment of its Board of Directors meeting due to unavoidable circumstances. The meeting, originally scheduled for October 10 will now be held on October 15. The agenda included subsidiarising RRP Drones Innovation Pvt Ltd and merging RRP S4E Innovation Ltd with RRP Defense Ltd.
