Russia has accused Ukraine of indefinitely delaying a planned exchange of prisoners of war (POW) and the bodies of fallen soldiers. Russian aide Vladimir Medinsky claimed Ukraine failed to show up at the agreed site despite Moscow's readiness. The exchange was part of a prior agreement involving around 1,000 prisoners. Ukraine has not officially responded to the allegations.
