Russia said its forces had advanced to the edge of east-central Ukrainian region of Dnipropetrovsk amid a row between Moscow and Kyiv over peace negotiations and the return of thousands of bodies of deceased soldiers. Russia blamed Ukraine for the "deliberate delay" over the handover of the bodies and prisoners of war (POW). Russia controls about 1/5th of Ukrainian territory.
