Russia reportedly amassed approximately 50,000 troops around northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy and Russian forces are rapidly advancing in its direction. As a result, there are now three times more Russian soldiers over Ukrainian ones in the area. This also comes after 1 lakh Russian troops amassed near eastern Ukraine's Pokrovsk with an aim to seize control over it.
