Russia in a barrage of overnight strikes damaged the buildings of EU's diplomatic mission and the British Council in Kyiv. Reacting to the incident, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said "Moscow must feel consequences". "The Russians are not choosing to end the war, [they're] only [launching] new strikes," Zelenskyy added, remarking that at least 14 people had died in the attack.
