Russia began major navy drills with over 150 vessels and 15,000 military personnel in the Pacific and Arctic oceans and the Baltic and Caspian seas, the defence ministry said. The exercise is called 'July Storm' and will go on till July 27. "At sea, the crew of the ships will practice deployment to combat areas," the ministry said.
