Russia will introduce a partial ban on diesel exports and extend the existing ban on gasoline exports, Deputy PM Alexander Novak said. This comes as Ukraine's drone attacks targeting Russian refineries reduced the latter's oil refining to 20% on some days, Reuters reported. Novak also acknowledged there was "a slight shortage of petroleum products", which was being covered by reserves.
