A UN inquiry found out that Russian drones with mounted cameras have been chasing Ukrainian civilians, living near the front line, out of their homes and hunting them down. Sometimes civilians are also attacked with fire bombs or explosives as they seek shelter, it said. The UN inquiry said that such attacks amounted to the crime against humanity of murder.
