The Russian cruise missile, Iskander, that hit government building in Kyiv recently was loaded with foreign components, including US-made chips and electronic parts, stated Ukraine's presidential sanctions commissioner, Vladyslav Vlasiuk. He released images of the missile and list of its components. It included 35 parts from America, while others were from Japanese, British, and Swiss companies.
