Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday arrived in China's Tianjin on a four-day official visit to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit along with other several world leaders. Putin will also attend 'Victory Day' celebrations, commemorating Japan's surrender to China in World War II. Separately, Putin will hold talks with PM Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the summit.
