US Secretary of State Marco Rubio noted that current sanctions have forced the Russian delegation in Alaska to refuel planes by paying cash. "They had to offer cash to fuel their planes because they can't use our banking system. They face the consequences every day," he added. Rubio said new sanctions won't force Russia to accept ceasefire.
