RVNL and Texmaco Rail & Engineering have entered into a joint venture for undertaking projects in the railway and allied infrastructure sectors. The proposed shareholding of will be 51% and 49%, respectively. The JV will cover a wide range of activities within the rail and infrastructure sector. It will also be actively engaged in EPC projects for railways.
