South Koreans turned out in record numbers for early voting in the country's snap presidential polls. South Korea has 44.39 million eligible voters and some 7% of them had voted till 11 am, National Election Commission's data said. Both leading candidates - liberal Democratic Party's Lee Jae-myung and conservative People Power Party's Kim Moon-soo - also have cast their ballots.
