Punjab Vigilance Bureau, which raided Shiromani Akali Dal leader Bikram Majithia's residence on Wednesday and later arrested him in drug case said as per preliminary investigations, he laundered over ₹540 crore of drug money. It said, "Huge unaccounted cash worth ₹161 crores was deposited in bank accounts of companies controlled by Majithia." Over 25 locations related to Majithia were raided.
