Sahara Group has filed a petition in Supreme Court to sell its assets, including the 8,810-acre Aamby Valley City in Maharashtra, to Adani Properties. It is seeking SC's permission for this deal to raise money to refund its investors. The group is currently facing litigation over demands for issuing refunds, and has so far deposited ₹16,000-crore in SEBI-Sahara refund account.
