Actor Saif Ali Khan has injuries on his back, wrist, neck, shoulder and elbow, reveals the actor's medical report. The injuries ranged from 0.5 cm to 15 cm in size, the report added. As per the medical report, on the night of the attack, Saif's friend Afsar Zaidi completed the formalities at the Lilavati Hospital.
