Amid allegations of bribery against Customs, an old video of a sailor highlighting port officers' behaviour has resurfaced. The sailor alleged that officers dressed in white uniforms enter the ship like beggars and fill bags with beer, cigarettes, coffee, frozen chicken, cold drinks and teabags. He asked what message Indians are delivering to the world with this conduct.
