Comedian Samay Raina appeared before the Supreme Court in a case alleging he mocked persons with disabilities. The petition, filed by Cure SMA India Foundation, accuses him and four others of making insensitive comments about those requiring costly treatment for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. The court has sought responses from all five comedians.
