Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has demanded Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar's resignation over lapses in the government's Ladki Bahin scheme. Raut alleged that the state's finance department headed by NCP's Ajit Pawar condoned the loot of government money for the sake of votes. His response came after Pawar acknowledged giving benefits to ineligible women, including government employees.
