RR captain Sanju Samson has been traded to CSK in exchange for all-rounders Ravindra Jadeja and Sam Curran ahead of IPL 2026, in one of IPL's biggest trade deals, Cricbuzz and ESPNcricinfo reported. Jadeja is returning to RR after 16 years. Notably, Jadeja and Samson were retained by CSK and RR for ₹18 crore each before IPL 2025 mega auction.
