A Santa Rosa man named Byron Harris was arrested on Saturday afternoon for possession of methamphetamine and firearm ammunition, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office. The police caught him after noticing a firearm at his feet during a traffic stop. Harris is convicted felon and therefore unable to possess ammunition, police said.
